My place is a one bedroom, one bath, (see incredible pictures), internet, Tiki Bar and comes with use of my golf cart.(Yes it’s included) and free golf.
It’s close to La Palma Clubhouse, La Roma Restaurant, tennis, pool/jacuzzi, gym.
 
Rental details: 
Monthly rate only - $3,000 (Refill the propnae tanks).
All rentals have a 
22 Daily Resort fee - payable to the Resort
150 cleaning non-refundable
