Welcome to the best 5 Star RV Resort anywhere! With incredible views of the 10,500 foot San Jacinto mountains from our perfectly landscaped 27 hole par 3 golf course, 13 lit pickleball courts, 15 lit tennis courts, a well equipped fitness center, 8 pools with hot tubs, two bars, a great restaurant, and plenty of free live entertainment in two clubhouses – you may never want to leave.

Lot 293 features a luxury 45’ DRV Elite Suites Resort Edition which backs directly on “The Orchard”, a 5 acre park with 40+ grapefruit, orange, lemon, and lime trees – yours for the picking to enjoy with our juicer every morning and cocktail hour. The Elite Suites is a top of the line RV with a large 48” TV, quality Bluetooth sound system, dishwasher, clothes washer/dryer, toaster oven, induction stove, microwave/convection oven, large shower, Tecma water flush toilet, king size bed, walk-in closet with make-up nook, and dual A/C units. We are fortunate enough to have one of the most private lots in the park with 10’ shrubs on both sides, all on an upgraded lot with brick pavers, garden walls and custom lighting to compliment the peaceful ambience of the orchard. Our completely private and comfortable outdoor seating area includes a sofa and fire pit, table and chairs, TV, grill, and smoker, all protected from the sun by electric awnings.

This year, we are renting from December 29, 2024 through January 29, 2025 for $125.00/night, plus $10/day for electric, cable and high speed internet, $125.00 for cleaning, and you will need to pay to refill the propane tanks at the end of your stay (they will be full when you arrive). (There is also a chance that we will be renting Christmas week starting around the 20th as well, so let us know if you are interested.) We prefer to rent by the month or more. Rentals include free use of our floaties and two bikes, or you can rent a golf cart from the store for around $300/mo if you like. The Jan/Feb dates include Murder Mystery night and Wild West week. The March dates include Big Star and 50's Sock Hop dance off, so get ready to have some fun!

Outdoor Resort Palm Springs is an RV Resort and Country Club like no other, located on 137 beautifully landscaped acres about 15 minutes from downtown Palm Springs. All activities including unlimited golf, tennis, fitness center, pickleball, 8 pools, and plenty of free entertainment are included with your daily resort fee of $22 paid to the resort upon entry. (Just so you know, ORPS charges us owners $450/month x 12 months for association fees, whether we are here or not, so they “double dip” on the guest fees you pay.) We also charge $7/day for electric and $3/day for our high speed internet and cable package, plus a one-time $125 cleaning fee. Sorry, but rentals are limited to two adults and we do not allow pets or children without specific prior approval.
