Outside on the trailer is a built-in bar fridge, sink, and BBQ grill set with a patio furniture set.

Our lot and trailer are available from November 1, 2024 to April 15, 2025 and the following is what is currently available for booking:

Strictly non-smoking rental.

Rent: $3350.00/month in US funds and electric, high speed internet, water utilities and cable are included in the rent. Cleaning fee of $150.00 will be added on to the rent. Propane tanks are filled prior to the rental period and the re-filling is the responsibility of the tenant before vacating.
